  1. I don’t know where to begin.

I’m having trouble with my mail on my phone. It doesn’t seem to send it to my iphone. I’ve even set it up manually with imap. Can’t figure it out.

Can’t believe my mom has this phone.

  2. I can’t believe your mom doesn’t have the same trouble as you.

I haven’t downloaded just yet. Perhaps midweek when things are less hectic and v2.0.1 comes out to fix the bug in getting iPhone to work with your mail.

  3. I got it to work. I think.

I wonder if it’s just this white 16 gigger that has issues. =)

My mom’s is working wonderfully. She loves it so far and is actually using it quite well.

    Pretty cool.

  4. mine added the app store only. Ten bucks for an app store icon and free apps otherwise known as widgets

  5. I beg to differ. There are some decent apps on there.

I think in the next coming weeks we’ll see some sweet stuff pop up.
Oh and marge check out AIM app. It’s far from a widget. And it’ll save you texting fees. Well when you’re around wifi. =)

  6. Just spent 35 minutes upgrading. Then downloaded AOL.

Remote doesn’t work for me as it can’t load my music library.

  7. that’s the whole thing!!! Ten bucks upgrade has become not too iTouch friendly. It appears to be sucha waste of time and money. And much of the apps are much meant for iPhone.. Well anyway who am I to kid myself, it’s much a bigger market than itouch.

Why am I still awake and replying here?

  8. Lame. Browser, what happens when you try? That’s weird it doesn’t work because it’s all through wifi and the new phone has the same chip. I wonder.

Marge, try Epocrates RX. I’m just curious if it’s a useful device for prescriptions. The AIM doesn’t work for you too? I thought that would be cool and the remote too. The one game I got “T4Two” is a fun 2 player game. Those were all free apps.

But I understand if you are weary of the price option apps. But some seem good for the iTouch like the ones I mentioned. Cocktails is cool. It’s a recipe book for cocktails. It’s 5.99 though. Meal Splitter is nice, but it’s 8 bucks. It’s actually not a bad price. There’s language apps for free. Some are cool and some are useless. But who knows.

I was hoping you could find life in the itouch. Oh well. GAMES! Hee hee.

But I did warn you before you got it. =)

  9. @ seed: I got the AIM and that game coz its pseudo tennis. I got fAcebook and light too. (and I was able to use THE light. Hihihi.) I have the phonesaber, bank of am, and the local picks. And about that local picks. So I tried using it last night. Apparently my location was still determined as in balto so the places it came up with were there. I thought it will find my real time location.

I’m whining, I know. But the truth is I still love using this, like right now, hihi! Now I shall await an itouch friendly app from Browser. What do u think?

  10. @marge: I have no idea what an itouch app would look like. An iphone w/o edge?

  11. @ browser: after playing t4two with Riss, maybe the crumpled paper two player game is ok. And yes, as long as u don’t have to be always online is an itouch friendly app
