Thanksgiving 2012

There are not many movies centered around the Thanksgiving holiday. I can only think of Planes, Trains, and Automobiles. Can you think of any other?

Anyway, Happy Thanksgiving!

  1. Home for the Holidays, Avalon, Pieces of April, House of Yes and the Ice Storm. I'm surprised you forgot Avalon. That was always on back in the day. Especially since it was set in Bmore. I remember checking out Pieces of April because it was shot on a digital Sony cam. House of Yes is the creepy irky Thanksgiving film. Ice Storm is kinda depressing.

Those are the only ones I remember. Come to think of it Thanksgiving turns out a diverse set of films. I feel like there's more films in my library but they escape me. New World isn't really one. I saw that in the summer and it really wasn't about that.

  2. Not as diverse as Christmas.

  3. True. Christmas had King Kong ice skating. Heh.
