I was thinking about cooking hot dogs for dinner tonight. That was before I heard on the radio on the ride home that it was National Hot Dog Day.

Inside Out is Pixar’s best film since Up! It made me tear up, because of nostalgia. Nostalgia being the melancholy feeling of looking back at your memories and experiencing joy and sadness. Fudge. I’m a sappy, nostalgic loving sap. I dug this film.

Was everyone dumb in Jurassic World? Chris Pratt and his horde of velociraptors? The head of the park, her heels, and her fear of kids? Her underling acting babysitter? Those kids! Gaah! Those kids: let’s roll out of bounds! THOSE KIDS? The park visitors? The control room duo?
Gaah! Everyone was dumb! Including me to have watched this film and expected something else.
I wanted this to be rated R so that we could’ve gotten more gore. I wanted to see the fleeing victims ripped to shreds. I wanted to see the dumb park wranglers get ripped to shreds. I wanted to see THOSE KIDS ripped to shreds. I wanted mayhem level of blood on the screen. But I didn’t get it.
This was epitome of mindless summer entertainment. Don’t be fooled.

Who has the best mech?
And why from the pictures in today's link does each mecha looks like what you'd expect from each country. Japan's is sleek and looks like it's from Patlabor. USA's looks like it was ripped from the James Cameron film, Avatar. I like the Japanese mecha better.
After this battle, will we be able to get our own Landmates?

I don't like business or finance, because of their relentless focus on making money without a care for how it affects the world. They have taken to heart the mantra: 'make money, make money, money, money.' Who does that philosophy put first? It certainly isn't employees, consumers, the economy, or the country, but the corporations, banks, and financial industry. There is nothing good when money is the sole focus of an endeavor. Especially, if you make it an excuse to gobble all the resources for yourself.
