Don’t watch
This is either hilarious or very annoying. I think the music is funny. I think the editing is good. Yet, I am annoyed that that stupid tune will linger in my ears for the rest of the day.

Aya Hirano was Haruhi Suzumiya. She’s also a singer in Japan. And if you would listen to the previous posts for The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya songs that I posted you would hear her rocking out. I especially love “God Knows” which I think is my summer anthem of 2008. It fracking rocks like no one’s business and is so cool that I don’t even care what the lyrics mean.
Anyhow, she’s got a new album coming out. Check the link for a preview of the title track.
BTW, she’s cute as all get out as well.

Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of Crystal Skulls
Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of Crystal Skulls beats the xfiles to the punch and shows us that there are aliens. “I want to believe,” but the movie was more than I could bear. Action was there, but the heart wasn’t. The story was hodge-podge of things that 1950s america puked up. Aliens. Time travelers. And Espers!! Besides being xfiles was it also a Haruhism production?
CG just ruins things.

It works for all my Macs. I just love that.
At work, the computer at my desk chokes on that and I get nothing but empty squares or some other junk. The computer I use in the lab renders the kanji well. I posted that quote from there. It’s interesting to see it, too, a cut and paste job from a browser into an email. I was surprised XP kept up.
Anyway, here’s the translation for those interested. It’s the first verse.
